In short: Zerokriya sells software and setup. We give no investment advice and no promise about trading results. Your rules, your account and your trading decisions are yours.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, provided by Zerokriya, operated by Ullas Rathod, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("Zerokriya", "we"). By using the website or sending an enquiry you accept them. If you buy a service from us, the Service Agreement also applies, and it prevails where the two differ.

2. What we provide

We design, build, install and maintain trading automation software that runs on a server owned by the customer, connects to the customer's own broker account and follows the customer's own rules.

3. What we do not provide

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or stock broker.
We do not give investment advice, strategies, stock ideas, signals or recommendations, and nothing on this website is any of these.
We do not manage money, hold funds or place trades on our own decision.
We do not supply, recommend or resell any Telegram channel or other signal source.

4. No promise about results

Software can follow rules. It cannot make rules succeed. We make no statement or promise about profit, loss or performance of any rule, channel or system. Trading in securities carries risk, including the loss of your capital. Examples and illustrations on this website use sample data and are not trade ideas.

5. Who may use our services

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a contract under Indian law, and trading through a broker account held in your own name.

6. Your responsibilities

The rules your system follows, and every trade that results, are your decision and your responsibility.
You are responsible for meeting the terms of your broker and the rules of SEBI and the exchanges that apply to automated trading in your account.
If you automate a Telegram channel or other source, you are responsible for having the right to use it in that way.
Information you give us must be accurate.

7. Using this website

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break in, overload it, submit false enquiries or copy it for a competing service.

8. Our content

The text, design and software of Zerokriya belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Services of others

Our software works with services we do not control, such as brokers, Telegram and hosting companies. They can change, fail or withdraw their services. We are not responsible for what they do.

10. Limits on our liability

The website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, lost opportunity or indirect loss arising from the use of this website or of anything on it. Our liability to customers is set out in the Service Agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
