CalcChat

The calculator that remembers.

Type a sum the way you type a message. Every answer stays in the chat, with your note beside it, so you never have to work it out twice.

What makes it different

Built for the job the ready-made apps leave undone.

Your working never disappears

An ordinary calculator forgets the moment you press clear. Here every sum is a message you can scroll back to, copy or send.

One chat for every day, or every customer

A chat is made for each day by itself. Name your own for an order, a site or a customer, and keep all its sums together.

Built for trade, not for school

GST added or removed in one tap, pipe weight by gauge, and loan EMI with the year-by-year table, all inside the same app.

Nothing leaves your phone

Every calculation runs on the phone itself and works with no internet. Your figures are not sent to any server.

Added since the first version

It did not stop at version one. 33 updates since the first release

Everything below was added after the first working version, because someone using the app asked for it. Yours can grow the same way: tell us what you need.

Screen by screen

See exactly what you get.

Real screens from the app, shown with made-up sample data. Tap any screen to enlarge it.

Sums as messages

Type 1250 × 48 or 60000 + 18% and send. The answer comes back as a reply, in Indian number format, with Copy, WhatsApp and Note under each one.

A sheet of paper that calculates

Write an order line by line. Each line shows its own result, a later line can use "sum" or "ans", and the whole sheet can be sent on WhatsApp.

Pipe weight in seconds

Pick the outside diameter, the gauge or thickness, the length and the number of pipes. You get the weight per metre, per pipe and for the lot, and the amount at your rate.

Loan EMI with the full picture

Enter the amount, the rate and the years. See the monthly EMI, the total interest, and a year-by-year table of principal, interest and balance.

Every day kept in order

The home screen lists your chats by date with the day's last total. Find last Tuesday's working in two taps.

Made yours

Every part of it can be changed for you.

You are not buying a fixed product. Tell us how your business works and the app is shaped to fit it. Ask at any point: making it yours is included in the price, not billed as an extra.

Your colours and theme. Light or dark, your brand colours, your logo and your business name on every screen.
Features added. Need a field, a report, a button or a screen that is not here? Tell us and we add it.
Features removed. Do not need something? We take it out, so the app shows only what you use.
Your words. Labels, categories and messages in the words your business already uses.
