In short: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply to you and to serve you as a customer, never sell it, and delete it when you ask.

1. Who we are

This policy is published by Zerokriya, operated by Ullas Rathod, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("Zerokriya", "we"). It covers this website and our dealings with people who enquire about or buy our software and setup services.

2. What we collect

When you send the enquiry form: your name, the phone number, Telegram username or email you give, your answers to the questions (what you want to automate, broker, capital band, budget band, server, timing), anything you write in the note box, and which advertisement or post brought you to the page.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, Telegram or email: the messages you send and your contact details.
When you become a customer: billing details, and the technical details needed to install and support your system on your server.

We do not ask for and do not store your broker password. We do not hold your funds. Your broker API key stays on your own server.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools at present. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they are switched on.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and judge whether our service fits your need.
To prepare a quote, deliver the service, send invoices and give support.
To see which advertisements bring enquiries, in total, so we can improve them.
To meet legal and tax obligations.

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form or contact us, and, for customers, to perform our agreement with you, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is seen only by:

the people at Zerokriya who handle your enquiry or your system;
service providers we rely on to run this website and to communicate with you (for example hosting, WhatsApp, Telegram and email providers), who handle it under their own terms;
authorities, where the law requires it.

5. How we keep it

Enquiries are stored on servers we control, with access limited to Zerokriya. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.

If you enquire and do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months, or earlier if you ask. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax and other laws require.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you;
correct or update it;
delete it;
stop contacting you (withdrawing your consent).

Write to us using the contact details below. We will act on your request within a reasonable time and without charge. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
