Paper mode runs your system on live market data without placing real orders. It uses the same code as live trading, so what you see on paper is how the system will behave with real money. Every Zerokriya system goes through a paper run before handover, and it lasts as long as you need to be satisfied.
A backtest replays old data. A paper run happens now, on today's prices, with today's messages arriving at their real times. It shows the things a backtest hides: a message written in a new style, an order that would have been rejected, a price that moved before the order could be placed.
It shows that the system follows your rules. It does not show that your rules will make money, and a paper result is not a promise of a live result. Real orders can fill at different prices. Trading in securities carries risk of loss.

Yes. Small adjustments to existing settings are part of monthly care. New rules or new features are quoted separately, and are tested in paper mode before they go live.
We cannot say, and nobody honestly can. The software follows your rules exactly. Whether those rules make or lose money is decided by the rules and the market. Trading in securities carries risk of loss.
