Yes, Kotak Neo supports algo trading through its trade API. Zerokriya installs a private system on your own server, connects it to your Kotak Neo account and makes it follow your rules, from preparing each order for one tap to placing orders with no one touching them.
You register for API access in your own Kotak Neo account. The details needed to sign in stay on your server. The system signs in at the start of the day, places and tracks orders through the API, and checks its records against what Kotak shows.
If the sign-in ever needs you, for example a new code, the system tells you on your phone instead of failing quietly.
Every broker squares off intraday positions at its own time near the close. Your rules should exit before your broker's own square-off, and the system is set up with that time in mind. We agree these times with you during the build.
Answer a few quick questions and we reply with what fits. No commitment.
Dhan, Kotak Neo and Upstox today. Other brokers that offer an API, such as Zerodha, Angel One and Fyers, are possible. We confirm on the first call.
No. Your funds stay in your broker account. The API key stays on your server. We never ask for your broker password.
The system alerts you when something fails and again when it is fixed. How open positions are protected during an outage, for example by stop orders held at the broker, is part of your rules and is agreed during the build. You should always be able to act through your broker's own app.
Paper mode runs your system on live market data without placing real orders. It uses the same code as live trading, so what you see on paper is how the system will behave with real money. Every system goes through a paper run before handover.
